Our story began in 2018 . Across the globe, we hear of many unfortunate women who are impacted by period poverty and how this could affect a woman's health. In addition, we are concerned about how the constant use of disposable sanitary products (containing bleached synthetic fibres) can be toxic that may increase the risk of cancer, fungal infections as well as urinary and reproductive tract infections.
Jollyperiod is founded with the mission to give modern women more freedom, flexibility and confidence during the time of the month, by offering a reusable, sustainable period-proof & pee-proof eco-friendly underwear as an alternative to disposable hygiene pads, liners and tampons during light to moderate period and light bladder leakage days.

1. How long can my Jollyperiod leak proof panty last?
The lifespan of a pair of leak proof undies may generally last from 6 months to 2 years and it varies according to the frequency of usage and how they are cared for.
2. How do I care for my Jollyperiod panty?
The panty may be hand washed in cold water or machine washed on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag (avoid fabric softeners or bleach) and air dry (avoid putting panties in the dryer as extreme heat may cause damage to the water proof lining).
3. Other than a period-proof panty, can Jollyperiod be used for urinary incontinence or light bladder leaks? How much fluids can it hold?
Yes, Jollyperiod is a perfect solution for light to moderate period flow and light bladder leaks. It can be used for periods without the need for pads and tampons, depending on your flow*. It can also be used to catch period leaks. Jollyperiod can hold up to 1-2 tampons’ worth of fluid (10mL).
* As period flow varies from women to women, its recommended for the user to test the panty at home to assess the absorbency and the duration of use before wearing socially.

We endeavour to process all orders expediently. Our usual processing time for orders can be up to 5 business days. Thereafter, you may expect the delivery of orders to be 10 to 20 business days. Timeline may vary as shipping deliveries may be affected by customs and unforeseen occurrences in your country.
7. Can I cancel my order or indicate a change in my address upon placing an order?
